Psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher and coach, I specialize in family challenges. I accompany adults, couples and families in their journey with different approaches: psychological, systemic, energetic or metaphorical.
Coming from a dysfunctional family, I experienced as a child the impacts of maladjusted parental and family dynamics. These trials of life led me to a personal development path (psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, alternative therapies) before training myself to accompany people who wish to get out of toxic mechanisms and build a healthy and fulfilling personal and family life.
My constructive experience as a woman, mother and stepmother in a patchwork family has allowed me to develop skills that are complementary to my professional know-how. My personal evolution and my professional experience have been mutually enriched throughout my life, supported by a practice of meditation for over 20 years. All this has allowed me to become the therapist I am today. I spent a couple of years in the States as a young adult and my English is fluent.
